Q: When and where is Uniform Distribution?
A: Saturday, October 21st & Saturday, October 28th, from 10:00 AM -3:00 PM
Uniform Exchange only takes place on Saturday, November 4th, 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.

Q: When is the Volunteer Appreciation Party?
A: Saturday, November 4th, 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Q: Can I bring a guest to the Volunteer Appreciation Party with me?
A: Unfortunately, no. Only registered volunteers are allowed to attend.
Q: If I can’t pick up my uniform on those days, where can I get it?
A: You can send someone to Uniform Distribution in your place to pick up your uniform if you are unable to attend, please notify one of the PGA TOUR team members in advance. Your Committee Chairmen can also pick up your uniform for you. Please communicate with your Chairman in advance if you need to make special arrangements.
Q: What do I wear with my uniform?
A: Volunteers must wear khaki colored bottoms (pants/shorts/skorts/skirts /capris). Committee Chairmen and Division Chairmen are to wear black colored bottoms.
Q: What time do I need to be at my assignment?
A: Check with your Committee Chairman. He/She will have a set schedule for your specific group on the dates you are working and the times.
Q: How do I know who my Committee Chairman is?
A: If you haven't already been contacted by your Chairman, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at (480) 237-2100. You can also view the Volunteer Leadership Chart on the "Volunteer Leadership" section of the Volunteer Website. Names and email addresses are listed for each Committee Chairman.
Q: I sent in an application to be a volunteer but am no longer available. Can I get a refund?
A: Refunds are only given in the case of an emergency. If this is the case, please email KristiLeeFowlks@pgatourhq.com
Q: Will the Tournament be on TV?
A: Yes, the tournament will be broadcast live on Golf Channel (Friday - Sunday).
Q: Where is Volunteer Parking?
A: All volunteers, including the exception of Chairmen and Marshal Hole Captains, will park at:
1826 W. McDowell Road, Phoenix, AZ 85007
Volunteers must show their volunteer badge in order to receive free parking.
The parking lot will be open and running continuous shuttles:
- Monday, November 6 Lot closed; NO SERVICE
- Tuesday, November 7 Lot closed; NO SERVICE
- Wednesday, November 8 6:00 AM – 1 hour after play
- Thursday, November 9 6:00 AM – 1 hour after play
- Friday, November 10 6:00 AM – 1 hour after play
- Saturday, November 11 6:00 AM – 1 hour after play
- Sunday, November 12 6:00 AM – 1 hour after play
*Volunteers that are required to work on Monday and/or Tuesday or if they need to be on site earlier than 6:00 am, will be notified and given special parking passes from their Committee Chairmen
Q: What if I need ADA Parking?
A: Disabled Guests with a state issued license plate or permit will park in a designated area at Arizona Veteran's Coliseum. Signs will be posted directing guests to the accurate parking areas. Please show your ADA pass to the security to be directed to parking area. Shuttles will be provided to assist ADA guests to the entrance.
