When and where is Uniform Distribution?
  • Friday, October 31st, from 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 1st, from 9:00 am - 2:00 pm
  • Saturday, November 8th, from 9:00am - 1:00pm (times are subject to change dependent upon first two distribution dates)
  • Location: Phoenix Country Club East Tennis Courts 


Can I buy a ticket to the Charles Schwab Cup Championship?

Yes, and volunteer badges will allow admittance to this year’s tournament Thursday, November 13th– Sunday, November 16th.


When is the Volunteer Appreciation Party?

This year, we will not be hosting a volunteer party. Instead, as a thank-you for your time and dedication, each volunteer will receive a tournament-branded  30 oz Tumbler along with two (2) single-day weekly grounds tickets to the Charles Schwab Cup Championship (a $300 value). These tickets can be shared with friends or family and are provided by the tournament as our way of showing appreciation for your support.




If I can’t pick up my uniform on those days, where can I get it?

You can send someone to Uniform Distribution in your place to pick up your uniform. If you are unable to attend, please notify one of the PGA TOUR team members in advance. Your Committee Chairmen can also pick up your uniform for you. Please communicate with your Chairman in advance if you need to make special arrangements.


What do I wear with my uniform?

Volunteers must wear khaki colored bottoms (pants/shorts/skorts/skirts/capris). Committee Chairmen and Division Chairmen are to wear black colored bottoms.


What time do I need to be at my assignment?

Please check with your Committee Chairman, who will provide the schedule for your specific group, including your assigned dates and times.



How do I know who my Committee Chairman is?

If you haven't already been contacted by your Chairman, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator at (480) 237-2100 x 15. You can also view the Volunteer Leadership Chart on the "Volunteer Leadership" section of this Volunteer Website. Names and email addresses are listed for each Committee Chairman.


I sent in an application to be a volunteer but am no longer available. Can I get a refund?

Refunds are only given in the case of an emergency. If this is the case, please email: KristiLeeFowlks@pgatourhq.com


Will the Tournament be on TV?

Yes, the tournament will be broadcast live on Golf Channel (Thursday Nov 13th - Sunday Nov 16th).



Where is Volunteer Parking?
All volunteers will park at:

Volunteers must show their volunteer badge in order to receive free parking. (NO VOLUNTEER PARKING PASSES ARE PROVIDED THIS YEAR)

The parking lot will be open and running continuous shuttles:

  • Monday, November 10th       Lot closed; NO SERVICE
  • Tuesday, November 11th       Lot closed; NO SERVICE
  • Wednesday, November 12th  5:30 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Thursday, November 13th     7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday, November 14th         7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Saturday, November 15th     7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • Sunday, November 16th       7:00 AM – 7:00 PM


*Volunteers that are required to work on Monday and/or Tuesday, or if needing to be on site prior to 6:00 am, will be notified and given special parking passes from their Committee Chairmen.


What if I need ADA Parking?

Guests who need ADA assistance with a state issued license plate or permit will park in a designated area at Arizona Veteran's Coliseum. Signs will be posted directing guests to the accurate parking areas. Please show your ADA pass to the security to be directed to parking area. Shuttles will be provided to assist ADA guests to the entrance.
